I haven't used another product firsthand, but this has done the job quite well and I haven't felt a need for another product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integrations with ITAM/ITSM products

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pretty steep learning curve for those with no previous experience

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Seems pretty great, but I would definitely recommend an RFP for competitors
