What differentiates Cisco Webex from other similar products?

It does have a high level of simplicity about it and being able to integrate with third-parties and carry out essential communications through this software is extremely useful to daily operations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It’s ease of use is perhaps my favourite aspect of this product - it isn’t too cumbersome or overbearing and it provides a brilliant platform to carry out training with.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It isn’t 100% solid in terms of no glitches - and it is particularly vulnerable to completely shutting off a call if there are bandwidth issues. It also has some serious catching up to do with it’s peers in video conferencing and calling in my opinion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Certainly consider this product for things such as training or to implement in day-to-day technical operations, but if you are more familiar with other calling software, maybe consider keeping that unless it is becoming an issue to an organisation or unless you want to implement this in a different section of the business.

High security calls, good data encryption

What differentiates Cisco Webex from other similar products?

We are experiencing a high percentage in productivity, now we do not waste time organizing meetings with coworkers and clients, we only mark who we want and that's it, the audio quality is impressive and our information is kept safe. Call confidentiality is very good, we share information without delay and communicate regardless of distance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a safe platform to use, I like its user interface, because it is simple and interactive to use, data encryption is very beneficial to keep calls safe, technical support is attentive and helpful, I can call quickly and solve problems of righ now.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing negative when we use Webex Calling, because calls are made quickly, if we want to communicate with coworkers we do it immediately and without fear of our conversations being hacked, it is a highly secure system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use Webex Calling you will get great proactivity, communication with clients and coworkers will be excellent and without problems in the connection, you can use it in all the departments you want, it is also not expensive software, very high ROI, and it will completely eliminate any communication problem you may have.

What differentiates Cisco Webex from other similar products?

With Webex Calling we improve the process to hold meetings with clients and colleagues, our priority is to keep our information safe, and with this system we do it. It does not matter if the clients are in other countries, because the calls are stable. We make unexpected communications to make sales or discuss any important issue and communication has always been perfect. No software compares with the professionalism and good results that this software gives us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like this system because we can talk with clients and discuss relevant topics, it is very safe to have a conversation with Webex Calling, it is simple and the connection does not delay, perfect for remote communication, comprehensive and very professional platform, stable sound quality and no slowdowns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The bad thing about Webex Calling is that it is a software that depends a lot on a good Internet, if we do not have a good connection, communication is a disaster.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do not continue trying with other software, with Cisco Webex Calling you can hold meetings with clients and colleagues with great audio quality, conversations do not slow down and there is no distortion in the information. Look no further, because Cisco Webex Calling is the best.
