What differentiates Chronicle SOAR from other similar products?

Reduces manual work of incident creation , easy to schedule case reports , extention integration helps in investigation, overall saving time if you work on multiple project which are on different siem console.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automated incident and detailed description of playbook execution stages on case wall

What do you dislike most about this product?

Need strong internet connection and detest closing cases one by one manually .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One api or we can say case closing feature should be added in which we could insert excel file and script picks up key value pair for case closing.
