What differentiates Chrome River EXPENSE from other similar products?

Chrome River EXPENSE was a solid choice due to the easy integration and their relationship with Ellucian.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Be able to have automated approval routing that meets our needs as well as the ability to have compliance warnings and hard stops that coincide with our State Policy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do wish that when they have global enhancements that were originally designated as standard that there would not be a charge for them. It does hinder the future capabilities for reporting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that you do a deep dive into what you are doing to yourselves that no longer needs to be done so that you reduce the unnecessary programming.

It is a very intuitive and freindly tool, which makes the expense reporting task, easy and quick.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to reflect the company travel &expense policy in Chrome River through rules and warnings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The analytics of it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would consider what type of Travel & expense policy the company has and analyze if it can be fit with chrome River features.
