What differentiates Certinia FM Cloud from other similar products?

I think that the fact that it directly ties into Salesforce makes it unique from other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it ties in with Salesforce, which I already knew a bit about, and is a very intuitive product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think it was a bit rigid at times and being tied to Salesforce preventing it from being customized as much as another product might be able to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think if you are looking for something that ties in easily with salesforce, this is a good product to use.
