What differentiates Cerner Millennium from other similar products?

It was much easier to navigate Cerner than the previous (HPP) service we used. straight forward. It was great to scan all the required documents and be able to have them saved on file and easily accessible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The scanning feature since it is easy to access and change or update information. No more paper files!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Does take alot of time to scan documents, since we had to scan all paper files into this new system. Once we caught up, it has been easy ever since.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to use. Great for communication with doctors and easy to access patient information.

What differentiates Cerner Millennium from other similar products?

The training is very hands on, we had classes to take and representatives came in and worked with us to help us learn the new system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is pretty straight forward as far as the steps to check a patient in and out

What do you dislike most about this product?

The scanning does take time to do, and sometimes acts up. But I love that all the documents are digital.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The training is great so don't be scared to try this new product!
