Bucketlist allows employees to choose from highly personalized rewards, including experiences, travel, or custom perks tailored to company culture. Bucketlist integrates goal-setting features, enabling companies to link recognition with employee performance. Employees can create their own bucket list of personal and professional goals. Companies can fully customize their recognition programs, from branding to reward categories. Bucketlist integrates smoothly with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and HR platforms like Workday and BambooHR.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Bucketlist is its personalized, experience-based rewards system. Bucketlist allows employees to choose rewards that align with their personal and professional aspirations—whether it’s travel, learning opportunities, wellness perks, or unique experiences.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Initial setup is complicated and the cost for small organizations is high compared to other available tools in the market.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend him to do the cost-benefit analysis and if required only considering the size of the organization, then opt for it other wise some cheaper tools are available. Take training and implement it on a pilot basis only.

What differentiates Bucketlist from other similar products?

It's different from other programs because it's easy to use and manage. It's also easy to turn points into cash.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The program lets your peers give you both public and private positive feedback. Assuring you that you are being seen and that your work performance matters to the team and to you as an individual.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that you can only give out so many coins. I'd like to share more than 139 things in a month. I work with a lot of great people, and I want them to know it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would tell them to keep adding great vendors to your list of choices.
