Access to codebase makes easy & flexibility to customize. Coarse grained or Fine grained deployments based on customer requirements Customer services response time better compared to other industry leading platforms Backward compatibility & flexible upgrades

Access to code base & flexible deployment strategies

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of accelerators to faster head implementations (web or mobile).

What differentiates Broadleaf Commerce from other similar products?

I think the difference is in the programming team. they seem to care and you can always reach a real person very quickly. their response time to issues is quick and they always seem to do a good job of answering questions and pointing me in the right direction for whatever i need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

customization of the admin. you are able to do a lot of customization right inside the admin page that a lot of sites would require a programmer to edit the code to implement

What do you dislike most about this product?

at first getting accurate search results was difficult but now it seems better, no real complaints

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

good customer service, feature rich codebase. good for large scale operations
