What differentiates BOSSDesk from other similar products?

Support is outstanding. They will find a solution, even in cases that the ask is not a native part of the framework. The reporting is also highly customizable

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reporting is top notch. You can create custom standing reports and filter that really focus on what matters to you.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the asset features were lacking out of the box. However the framework supports custom fields so you can be creative to tailor your instance to what you need. It just takes a little work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give your asset migration planning a little extra thought. Wmi scanning is good, but when it comes to other assets that matter, you will have to plan to import those into the non it assets section.
