What differentiates Boomi from other similar products?

It actually provides a lot of services like as flow, integration, api management, datahub, and now it also have Boomi AI. These all services make it very easy to handle and use. As I have used appian where sometimes i face issues using the tools but in boomi everything is sorted and up to the mark and after each release it implement many of the new functionalities and fixes for any support issue raised within time frame without any delay. The support service is excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration, API and data hub I like the most where I can link to third party and make any updates in data by removing any duplicates if I have a large data set, datahub can easily manage all the requirements. And API is top notch, rarely I face some issues when linking to 3rd party, it is very smooth to connect with any other system with Boomi

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no major issues with this, I enjoy using this boomi tool. Sometimes the loading pf process reporting and documents loading is slow but as I engaged in discussion with support team they are working on it to make it more optimize. Overall it is perfect no big issues and problems while using it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will recommend all new users that are generally moving in to low code approaches. It is easy to learn and implement with optimistic approaches by boomi. I have already let some of persons to know about the functionalities of boomi and scopes also.

What differentiates Boomi from other similar products?

The Boomi ai feature is very impressive and integration platform services are very easy to use. As I worked on Appian as well but boomi is more easy and secure as compared to that, also a lot of functionalities are present for both front end and backend in Boomi that really help me to connect with multiple api or other application and end points. We can integrate with N number of software with boomi without any major challanges. The low code functionalities are up to the mark as compare to other applications like Mulesoft and appian.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MDH and Integration service I like the most, I have worked on two projects where the main concern was about data duplicity and managing large data. I have used the detailed functionalities of master data hub to manage data easily. Also integration helped me to connect with multiple application from Boomi and sending the data from one system to another without any issues. As compare to other products in the market this is the best ever tool I have used for managing APIs , Integration and Data as well. I am working on flow and Edi currently and happy to explore the more functionalities like AI agent as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no major dislikes for this, but some of the shapes like maps and profiles view can be improve a bit. All is up to the mark and very good as per the usability of tools whether it is ai and integration. AI can be a bit more accurate if we will train by asking multiple questions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will definitely recommend it to other IT mens, as it is a very good and easy product with high level of security. And the extra perk is its AI which is almost 98% accurate and helpful for any of the issue related to Boomi services

What differentiates Boomi from other similar products?

For us, we wanted the Master data hub along with developing integration code, with Boomi we can develop the code as well as drop records in the MDH models depending on our requirements. It has easy to use, drag and drop interface . Depending on your requirement you can host the Runtime (atom / molecule) locally or on cloud, MCS option is also available. Multiple team members can work simultaneously making collaboration between different people effortless.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of this product is it's administrative control, It has Single sign on feature which works great with Azure, it also has change history sort of feature, where one can analyse who has made what changes in which component, which makes it really easy for auditing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Boomi still does not support provisioning, meaning you have to create users both in Boomi and cloud platform, even if you want to use single sign on feature. It would be really nice if Boomi manages to create / transition users directly from the cloud platform, rather than the current , manual effort which is required.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that you factor in the license and connector costs as, for some components / features you would require new connector, which will definitely spike up the monthly cost.
