What differentiates Birdeye from other similar products?
Birdeye is like a Swiss Army knife for online reputation—it pulls reviews from EVERYWHERE (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.) into one dashboard and even helps you request new ones. It’s best for small businesses that care about reviews but don’t have time to chase them down manually.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The automated review request texts/emails are a lifesaver. I set it up once, and now happy customers get nudged to leave reviews without me begging them. My review count doubled in 2 months!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The pricing feels sneaky—they don’t show it upfront, and the "basic" plan is useless. You NEED the premium tier to do anything meaningful, and that’s $$$. Also, the interface is clunky on mobile.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
100% worth it if you’re a local business drowning in review management. But if you’re a solopreneur or just need simple Google My Business tracking, save your cash—try GatherUp instead.
