The Google Reviews feature

What do you dislike most about this product?

We couldn't use our business number as our texting number in Birdeye. I asked if that was possible during the negotiation process, and they said yes. Then when we signed went through the implementation process, it wasn't possible, and we had to use a number provided by Birdeye.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That it is a great product and I highly recommend using Birdeye.

What differentiates Birdeye from other similar products?

I have not used products similar to Birdeye Messaging.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how Birdeye simplifies the management of 30+ store locations in one place. The automated replies are super helpful as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I were to change one thing, it would be how the notifications are set up. I wish they were more customizable. For example, only get email alerts for less than 3 star reviews.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that the entire team gets training on Birdeye because there is a lot to know about the platform.
