What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's convenient to be able to access all of your open Campfires from a single tab in your browser. In addition, it would be preferable if time tracking was an in-built function rather than an optional, paid add-on.

Managing projects using Basecamp is a breeze. It has everything you need in one convenient location, including file storage and sharing, project management tools, discussion forums, and live conferencing. Basecamp is an excellent tool for facilitating productive communication and collaboration between internal and external parties. There is an initial learning curve since the layout may cause some initial confusion. The strange incapacity to transfer files in mass is another issue. To sum up, though, Basecamp is an excellent tool. You won't be able to stop using it once you've gotten into the swing of things.
