What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
You can easily monitor all your employees with Bamboo. You can keep records of your education, training, salary, and other relevant data from your current and previous jobs. Keeping notes and having access to all the information you may need in one place is the best thing I have discovered.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like how intuitive it is; It's a big improvement over Workday. The feature set and compatibility with our other SAAS applications are also top-notch. The working hours are really excessive. I can make good use of BambooHR thanks to its easy-to-use interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The features are insufficient. After the deadline, only people with full access can make changes to the time off request. As a result, my HR team is slow. The ability to modify vacation requests after the due date has passed should be a configurable feature. Employee scheduling and vacation time are handled by our company managers, not human resources.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
BambooHR is great because it is easy to use and navigate. Because it's easy to explore and "correct" information that needs updating, Bamboo is a tool I frequently rely on in my role as an HR partner to conduct internal reviews.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
Bamboo is a great tool to have all of the company data stored, very clean, and organized, also very useful and user-friendly, it is a great tool to be aware of all the changes in the company, hires, and even some personal information like birthdays or vacation leaves or also company anniversaries. Information is provided without any issue and the app works well also from mobile devices. Hiring process is very smooth when using BambooHR.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is how well the information is stored and can be found and also how organized it is.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only dislike is that is not very customizable, but besides this, not any other complaint since it works as expected.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To keep information organized and to have a good database of employees or team members is a great tool that is very user-friendly and that it will not dissapoint.

they do a lot of upgrades based on suggestions from clients, provide many features, very easy to use
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
do not need a lot of training to use the system
What do you dislike most about this product?
in few cases, it times you out while you are working on entries and you have to restart.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
highly recommended to use, if you need added features, just suggest them and know they will be implemented.
