Its fulfil the need user-friendly interface and customisable features also track the record track the application
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Time management’s also the approval criteria and tracking system and the best feature is onboarding and off-boarding
What do you dislike most about this product?
To closing IT Asset tasks sometime its stuck on the user end and other person unable to close the task.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
BambooHR stands out because it’s much easier to use than many other HR systems, and everything—from time tracking to onboarding to performance—feels well-organized in one place. The layout is clean, employees pick it up quickly, and it doesn’t require a lot of training. It also offers solid reporting, smooth employee self-service, and reliable customer support, which makes it a strong fit for teams that want an HR tool that’s straightforward and not overly complicated.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of BambooHR is how easy it is to navigate—everything from employee records to approvals and reports is clearly laid out, which makes daily HR tasks much faster and less frustrating.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about BambooHR is that certain features, like time tracking and performance tools, can feel a bit basic and would benefit from more flexibility and customization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re thinking about using BambooHR, I’d recommend really mapping out how your HR workflows currently work (onboarding, performance reviews, time off) before you start, so you can match them closely in BambooHR. Train your team on the self-service capabilities early, because that’s where it saves you time. Also, take advantage of the reporting tools but be prepared to build custom views if your needs are complex—and check out integrations, because connecting BambooHR to your other business tools can dramatically improve its value.

its user friendly interface tailored specifically for small to mid-sized businesses, delivering simple yet powerful HR tools without the complexity or enterprise bloat of larger platforms
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it is user friendly and easy to use and its refreshingly intuitive , clean interface makes the HR feel effortless, even for non HR people.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It often force a switch to more enterprising heavy platforms
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its the one that actually feels like it was built by humans for humans and your whole team will thank you
