In contrast to other, more sophisticated HR management systems, the software's customization options for specific features, such workflows and the user interface, could be more restricted.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I propose using BambooHR to store and manage employee data, such as documentation, job history, and personal information.

Need more functionality features that integrates with either Microsoft office suite or OKTA.

Calendar and HR documents to sign

I don't like the feature of requesting vacation days

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
Simplicity and easy to get used to. It also informs the candidate on every stage of interview and reduces our efforts in sharing manual to the candidates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of access. All features are fairly straightforward so within a week its easy to get hang of BambooHR
What do you dislike most about this product?
It lacks features especially AI automations and reporting
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good tool for small to medium organizations. If your organization have constant hiring needs but not on a large scale, BambooHR is a product to consider.
