One draw back of BambooHR is that it’s not glorious at tracking volunteers. Our organization used BambooHR to stay track of volunteers, particularly concerning their clearances/training. There’s typically a problem with BambooHR’ integration with TraxPayroll once we have people who don’t have a pay schedule, like volunteers. There’s a workaround, however, it might be nice if simpler than making a payroll that doesn’t sync with our payroll software.

It is easy for workers, managers, and administrators to utilize BambooHR. It's become our go-to place for monitoring employee time and attendance, evaluating their performance, and even doing surveys about their general well-being. BambooHR is always trying to improve and add new features in response to user input. A wide range of third-party connectors are also available. You may reach them through phone, chat, or email, and they'll be happy to assist you.

What do you dislike most about this product?

BambooHR does not currently have its own scheduling feature. Notifications do not exist for certain actions (such as leaving a note on an employee's profile). When creating signature templates, they must be housed on the main Files and cannot be created on an employee's file (which would be helpful if something only applies to that one employee). However, in spite of these issues, BambooHR is excellent and I would still highly recommend it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Investing in yourself is well worth the effort. It's always being enhanced and has a lot to offer in terms of streamlining HR chores. Moreover, it gives workers the ability to take control of their personal data.
