What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
I really liked using the Bamboo HR platform to request time off. The selection of days off and the automated notification to my direct manager is very nice. It makes the act of booking time off very easy and not awkward in any way.,
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Interface is mostly friendly - Has room for personal notes - Its integrated to our tools
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product is a bit expensive comparatively 2. Mobile app/ version needs a revamp as it doesnt work all the time due to authentication issues
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Using BambooHR has simplified all of our HR processes and saved a ton of time for our staff. Many of their services, including talent management, onboarding, performance, and more, are in use by our company. With the help of several HR management programs, it is no longer an issue.

1. Clean and simple user interface, 2. Evaluating the employee performance
What do you dislike most about this product?
Relatively expensive as compared to other competitors but it justify its price as per features available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Basically it offers a number of features which makes it a software with lots of benefits to HR.

Bamboo HR feels like a solution made by HR experts. That feeling of understanding our needs was a big factor in our decision.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
360 reviews on the solution are seamless and have been a great source of feedback for our team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Payroll - particularly time tracking and vacation monitoring are unusable as is.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you care about human resources in your company go for it. Just don't expect to run payroll from it.
