What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the work hours tracking system, this is essential since the platform automatically detects the time an employee has entered and the time they have left their office, this helps us to account for the total work hours without having to do it manually, in addition, the Payroll system is quite complete, it allows you to make payroll payments online in a very simple way and making any type of deduction from the total payment that corresponds to the employees. The employee management system allows for adding tutoring material to improve the knowledge and performance of currenty employees its is very helpful to improve employee capacity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We haven't experienced any failures in the employee management, talent management and workforce management functions that BambooHR has provided us with, it has performed very well in my company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My main recommendation is that people who are considering using Bamboo, fully connect this platform and integrate it with all the task and project development services and many other platforms that are used in the work environment, in this way the platform will be more accurate in measuring work performance and will be able to improve the workforce in an automated way.

Customizable Dashboard that provides easy navigation directly to the information we want to see. This eliminates the need to navigate through different sections to find the option you're looking for. It is effortless to integrate with our tools and enable IT automation.

Customizable Dashboard and People Directory.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Taxation forms. Needs improvements there.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

I really liked using the Bamboo HR platform to request time off. The selection of days off and the automated notification to my direct manager is very nice. It makes the act of booking time off very easy and not awkward in any way.,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Interface is mostly friendly - Has room for personal notes - Its integrated to our tools

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product is a bit expensive comparatively 2. Mobile app/ version needs a revamp as it doesnt work all the time due to authentication issues

Using BambooHR has simplified all of our HR processes and saved a ton of time for our staff. Many of their services, including talent management, onboarding, performance, and more, are in use by our company. With the help of several HR management programs, it is no longer an issue.
