Axcient x360Recover is a cost-effective BCDR solution for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and the SMBs they serve. Data protection and business continuity should not be out of reach for any business, and Axcient’s mission is to keep business running. x360Recover boasts Chain-Free, AutoVerify, and PSA/RMM integration. These three technologies mean there is no chain management, data is checked for corruption before backup, and ticketing and billing processes can be fully automated. Additionally, x360Recover has AirGap to protect backups in case of ransomware.

What differentiates Axcient x360Recover from other similar products?

When a competitor was unable to help with a new customer onboarding, the Axceint team stepped in and provided support and was incredibly responsive to all of the inquiries.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It enables for a multi-tenant environment and backs up computers. Time is saved by the auto-verify VM function. Runbooks are quite useful. When a ticket is opened, customer care or support is constantly engaged.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main drawback is using Axcient Cache for storage and restoration; nevertheless, depending on the size of the backup, the cache size may be very high. Despite the fact that there are alternative ways to restore from a backup, the cache is the quickest and most efficient method. However, it's not really a drawback or dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Axcient x360Recover is incredibly user-friendly and has a robust feature set. It is a crucial tool for protecting a company's data and offering a reliable solution to handle disaster recovery circumstances. Recommended for excellent backup.
