Axcient x360Recover is a cost-effective BCDR solution for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and the SMBs they serve. Data protection and business continuity should not be out of reach for any business, and Axcient’s mission is to keep business running. x360Recover boasts Chain-Free, AutoVerify, and PSA/RMM integration. These three technologies mean there is no chain management, data is checked for corruption before backup, and ticketing and billing processes can be fully automated. Additionally, x360Recover has AirGap to protect backups in case of ransomware.

x360 Recover allows us to assist our clients when it comes down to the wire, with easy to use tools it allows us to carry out our tasks to allow restoration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, great customer service and the ability to manage!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Product can have down time where it leaves an opening for lack of coverage.

Make sure the product suits your client needs, Axcient has a few other great products that may be of interest.

What differentiates Axcient x360Recover from other similar products?

The main differentiating factor is its instant visualization feature with data. It's also highly scalable than other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really loved cloud integration it utilizes cloud storage for backup I loved this way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's costly which I don't like. Also user interface is not as good compared to other products.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Firstly go through other customer review and understand your needs. Also compare other solutions. But this product also good choice.
