What differentiates Avaza from other similar products?
Avaza is an online application if there is no internet then we can’t use it and also this application has a number of limitations. Avaza is a very reliable platform and another point is that I can easily create each project and tasks with very better qualities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Avaza is an excellent solution that favors the work of designing software architecture and details with team members about project managers, systems analysts, programmer analyst and software engineers leads to cooperation and effectiveness in team communications. They contain lists of tasks, images, attachments, delivery dates, color labels and comments, allows you to add cards describing what each color means, the virtual board is flexible collaborative and very easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing is that I want it to remind every day about the approaching deadlines and list of daily tasks but I can only see a due date and a one-time reminder tied to it with no option to make it recurring. It seems to me that some points could be improved as the customer service would be less useful and very difficult to contact and solve the problems. Another thing the notifications section can be a bit cumbersome when it comes to work and finally the option of adding buttons to the board sometimes takes time to execute.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I really like this tool because I can carry out all tasks and projects perfectly. It offers a great experience when executing my projects and tasks. Avaza is very convenient and useful option to receive notifications about any situation, or changes to consider in the process quality tests of software’s as planned and with the conditions of the customers.

What differentiates Avaza from other similar products?
We're resolving several communication problems, as well as managing paperwork and all the other necessary project-related tasks. Budget and Expense Tracking The reporting features of Avaza are top-notch. The capability to reserve resources has also proved useful. My team has been able to more effectively optimize our work thanks to this fantastic all-in-one solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy how easy it is to keep track of time sheets, projects, clients, contacts, and responsibilities for any business. The experience of my team with Avaza has only been good. Along with being very reasonably priced, the platform is simple to use, the customer support is excellent, and PM's talents are precisely what my team was looking for.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Even though the time is specified, recurring tasks occasionally don't repeat, and when you click on a project, there is no return button; you are instead taken to the project's home page. I've not been able to pinpoint the permission parameters precisely. Although this may be user mistake, it appears that some timesheet and cost entries are being sent to the whole team. I haven't been able to discover a method to stop this from happening. Daily timesheet reminders for team members are something I would really want to adopt.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is my favorite software for daily use in managing my projects. Because it's easy to use and it really improves my productivity.
