What differentiates Avaya Experience Platform from other similar products?

There is a lot of video conferencing software out there, but many of them do not fully replace the need for a phone. Avaya provides an option that can fully replace the need for a desk phone for many computer-centric jobs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Not needing to unplug from my computer, pick up the phone, then start a conversation when 98% of the work I do is on the computer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It took some time to integrate, but is understandable given it replaced the need for a communication medium.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As an end-user, I was very pleased with the training provided and the intuitiveness of the software. It's similar to other video conferencing software, but being able to make phone calls to an actual phone number from my computer is pretty slick.
