What differentiates AutoTask PSA from other similar products?
It centralizes all its operations. Also, it has customizable dashboards that give a clear insight of everything that is happening from every angle to enable me to make quick data-driven decisions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the LiveMobile app which is available in iOS and android, that ensures I get connected wherever I through alerts and notifications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface is quite complicated and therefore requires a learning curve.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an excellent tool. It has helped us to resolve client issues faster by automatically suggesting tags for incoming tickets, and automatically identifying relevant solutions from our knowledgebase.

Exceptional all in one toolset for a PSA

What differentiates AutoTask PSA from other similar products?
AutoTask offers very little room to miss entering information and makes it features very rich.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The connection to our Datto RMM and the sharing of information between the 2
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost is very high per seat, the same things that make it great also make in less flexible as other applications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask for a trial first and make sure you negotiate onboarding and one on one training with your contract.
