What differentiates AutoTask PSA from other similar products?
AutoTask permits us to receive and work support tickets very easily. We’ve set up various ‘Issue Types’ that successively are bound to SLAs ensuring that things are worked appropriately as they’re received. The automation that AutoTask allows for varied emails/requests coming through has been great. It allows for us to not need to constantly “watch the queue” as once a critical item arrives the suitable persons are notified and may work it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Shows all the communication inside the tickets clearly, even though it holds a large quantity of information. Manages projects effectively by dividing the project into sections, each phase into multiple milestones, and every milestone in multiple tasks. And for every task, you’ll be able to assign all its related attributes like the resources, estimated hours, duration, begin date, finish date, and so on. It’s very skilled customizable dashboards that show the progress, status, and even trends of everything. It supports notifying internal and external stakeholders for each note added to a project or ticket.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You wish to manually check off an option whether or not you wish to incorporate the client on a notification or communication. This data isn’t displayed once you are doing it so you’ve got no approach to knowing if a customer was notified. Automation is cumbersome and too complicated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a sensible ticketing system that tracks tickets and worker time entries on tickets with ease. It handles quoting products and services very well. Ticket contracts for invoicing work well.
