What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana provides communication and chat technologies that help us communicate without the need for assistance applications, and searching in the task history is fast.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As for the things that I may not like, I haven't tested any of them, as Asana is very intuitive and easy to use, it also handles a lot of project management issues efficiently, especially with regards to ease of communication between team members and also the ease of updating tasks and extracting reports that cover all project updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend it, Asana has fostered a spirit of cooperation among team members, so that in the event of a problem we can ask for advice easily and without the need to hold meetings and send dozens of emails. With Asana, we can keep all project activities under constant monitoring and we can evaluate the status of activities and take appropriate decisions that will help to overcome any obstacles we may encounter.

Asana permits you the freedom to be creative however you utilize their product so that it suits not only your project desires however is customized according to how you work best. They’re always making new options and asking users for their input to create their product better. My favorite issue regarding Asana is the community that’s created within the culture of Asana. You’ll always realize answers, ideas or help in the Asana Community.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love however I can track my work and the work of my colleagues simply by checking the collaborators on my tasks and also adding comments to tell them about my advancement and the status of the task. The workflow of every task is usually registered and I can always suppose the history of my tasks and board. Asana also integrates directly with Zoom and HubSpot, which are part of our tech stack, so it’s very easy to figure with. They also provide an ambassadorship program that permits you to showcase your information of Asana and have access to a lot of resources within their community.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only issue that I realize troublesome is when I am logged in to asana and I need to browse the integrations available, I have to close so I can visit the main website to browse the integrations available. Not a deal-breaker, however, the user experience can be improved in that aspect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would do your research once searching for project management software. However, I doubt you’ll find one with all of the features, and therefore the price point that Asana offers.

Unlike any of the project management tools, we ourselves have the opportunity to mention that Asana is among the superiors since it also has a very user-friendly interface which, although similar to any other project organization program, is quite easy to use.

What fascinates me the most about this tool is that this program will help you when you need to achieve goals within a time frame and complete numerous tasks. It was pretty effective this time, but we worked with teams once!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since we've been using it we haven't encountered a single bug with this product, which is why we have the opportunity to mention that it's an amazing tool and I'm fascinated by how intuitive it is to navigate through the projects.
