What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana permits you the freedom to be artistic on how you utilize their product so that it suits not solely your project needs however is customized according to how you work best. They’re always making new options and asking users for their input to form their product better. My favorite factor regarding asana is that the community that’s created within the culture of asana. You’ll be able to always find answers, ideas or help within the asana Community.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana makes collaborative tasks easier, additional trackable and encourages more communication. We love however it organizes our concepts into actionable things in a simple to use, easy to see way. I favor the convenience of use. It’s an intuitive tool that enables users to quickly adopt asana. I conjointly like the kind of views for managing projects, from lists, boards, and timelines. There’s a work flow that meets everyone’ needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don’t like when I have random individuals in my organization assigning me tasks in asana without context or explanation… I feel there ought to be a choice to either reject tasks or ask for further info before they’re mechanically placed into your task list.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would do your analysis once searching for project management software. However, I doubt you’ll find one with all of the features, and also the price point that asana offers. It also has amazing support.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
no difference, it has the same functions as other programs, maybe the only difference is that it is a little easier to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My projects and activities are more easier to manage and prioritize thanks to the effectiveness of this program. It has an excellent user interface, which makes navigating the many features of the application quite simple. My pending duties are laid out before me in a clear and organized manner, and I may arrange them in the order of importance using this tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Data security and cooperation are two areas that, in my opinion, could need a bit more attention to detail. You should be able to select which fields you allow a third party access to update or see before sharing the information with them. In addition, I feel as if there is a lack of versatility in terms of the kind of fields that may be made.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Excellent tool for coordinating and prioritizing work, as well as organizing and managing teams.
