What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana addresses challenges like juggling several tasks at once.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of generating tasks that are entirely unique as well as tasks that are tied to projects. The ability to establish date ranges for the due dates makes it easier for members to know when jobs need to be finished, and the ease of cooperation on projects is wonderful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some customization would be nice, but it's not a deal-breaker. I also believe that a task should open on the right side when you create it so you can begin entering information straight away. When I'm working on a large project that has numerous tasks, I typically have to seek for the new empty task before I can start typing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana comes highly recommended. It's extremely simple to comprehend. Technical expertise is not necessary.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Very easy to use and intuitive system. For task management of a team, it's very easy to use and start from scratch or import from another platform!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can enable "extra delight" when you complete a task and something fun flies across your screen :) Its ease of use and navigation was top notch for my team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Functionality with task descriptions and time tracking was lacking. For an in-house team this was ok, but for a consultant or agency this may not allow for full optimization of processes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider your size and needs. If you need more than 15 people and native time tracking, definitely compare to other options to see what's most cost effective and will fill your needs most for your team.
