What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana is my best project management software. It allows my team members to organize tasks, set priorities, deadlines, and track progress, making it a great tool for our project management. It's easy for teams to comment on tasks, share files, and tag teammates, fostering collaboration in real-time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana has an intuitive, clean design that makes it easy for new users to navigate and get started quickly. It offers seamless integrations with multiple third-party apps, like Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft Teams and many more that help to streamline workflows.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lacks native time-tracking features, which has significantly been a drawback when need a detailed time management within the platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, Asana is the best project and task management software for any organization.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
The variety of visual ways you can track workload, cycles etc. visibility into the task load of every team member, ability to create groups for project visibility, range of work projects you can build out.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its integration with my inbox & the ease of creating a new task or project - no barriers
What do you dislike most about this product?
For the work I do it would be helpful to drag and mass assign dates instead of having to go into every date ‘cell’. If formula integration was a little more intuitive that would also be great
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s a 1 stop shop PM tool — go for it!

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana has a very beginner-friendly UI with a new-generation human experience built in. They can integrate with various data sources and have a good file management system as well for a given project.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use, very easy to onboard new people with little experience in project management
What do you dislike most about this product?
It misses features like Trello, mobile app can be a little better. For technical projects, it can take a few features from Jira.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say go for it, it is amazing for less technical teams. Easy to implement and start instantly.
