What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana allows a more complete planning than other software, the user can relate activities in a Gantt chart.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like this application it offers me the opportunity to work outside my workplace, increasing precision and insight in the work to be done, it can be used online and on mobile devices, it is an extraordinary tool to fix and regulate the activities of A day-to-day project and the time periods to implement, it provides a great option of Kanban boards allows the placement of adhesive notes that will be mobilized while the work circulates where you can see the progress and success of the activities in a project, It provides the way to prepare, observe and know operational criteria of work activities: organization of tasks, how they are performed,
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that communication is poor at times with external customers and consumers. A Premium subscription is required to maximize the usefulness of this software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Then the following indications and advice regarding Asana: it allows you to be up-to-date and aware of the progress of the project through its dissemination technique, it helps distribute notifications with the work teams, it increases profitability in criteria of: proper use of the time spent, the neglect to stop doing some activity, and the concentration of tasks in teams.
