What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

It's simpler to be able to organize your tasks in a way that they can be done smoothly. I can structure a more detailed planning where I establish priorities and the deadline for each task or action. It is more efficient in the coordination of processes, thus being able to work better collaboratively when dealing with projects in teams and managing tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can easily manage projects individually, having an interface that allows me to see in detail the message board, calendars, to-do list, the files that are stored, etc. I can assign different tasks to people with various roles within a project and see their role and pending tasks in an organized way, as well as having direct contact with them. I can easily integrate with cloud file manager platforms like Dropbox so I can also host my documents to keep them safe and close at hand. It favors being able to work collaboratively since I can have group and individual chat within this platform of the different projects that are being managed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don't like about Asana is that I cannot customize project reports, there is data that is not of great importance within the report that is required within my company and we can remove it. Another thing is the problem of assigning dates of both tasks and projects in case of projects when these are repeated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Asana since you can work with both simple projects as well as very elaborate projects that take time and a lot of tasks. Asana also adapts easily to any type of company, be it a small or large company, as it has functions that are very general as well as complete functions for good project management.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

They allow me to create more organized and better quality projects, in addition to that the work deadlines are much shorter. With this platform I have the ability to create from short-term as well as long-term projects, it makes it easier for me to manage even the most complex projects and I can pay more attention to small details improving decisions and having a broader vision to collaborate with large work teams within the company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Gantt charts work very well within Asana since they allow me to have a better overview of how a project is developing. I like that the interface is designed to work collaboratively without obstructing the work process and also the report generator is very detailed and customizable, thus being able to meet the needs of what I want to visualize. I like that I can customize what notifications I want to receive so that I don't have to stress about notifications of the actions carried out by a project team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is an excellent product, improving the visual aspect of the projects and for now, within all this time that I have used this platform I have had no problems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It allows meticulously to manage a project in an effective way, covering in detail everything you have with the fulfillment of the projects and task managers. It is very vital and advisable to be able to learn how this tool works, since for the workplace, having a good project managed is the key to business growth.

One aspect that distinguishes Asana from other software is that it is more suitable for continuous work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like this application, it allows access from the web application, and mobile options for iOS and Android, it is the best option to work our projects and process your tasks with work teams, it supports the structuring of work plans to distribute it as boards and promote planning, it is careful to reduce and shortcuts when working on the tasks and subtasks of a project delivered and distributed among those responsible, it allows to work and monitor the chain of tasks, visualize those that are finished and start the next ones, it facilitates having an overview of the start, end and delivery periods of requested services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It bothers me the export option is deficient, which aggravates this process a bit, the mobile application is limited to some functions, it is not so easy to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this option to schedule, project and structure the tasks and sub-tasks of each day in a project work plan, it is genuine to identify and detail in lists the preferences and pending to fulfill the requirements.
