What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana organizes work so teams know what needs to be done, why their work is important, and how they should go about getting it done. Creates a standard job registration process with forms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Plan every step and organize all the details of your work in one place. Quickly visualize where the job stands, identify next steps, and take concrete actions to stay on top of your tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You should be able to create custom date properties to better bookend a typical content production workflow. Can't use the service if there is no internet connection, I would like to add a service in case the internet is disconnected, this will give more power to the tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Access real-time details about the status of your team's work. Evaluate the progress of projects. Detect and solve problems immediately. Keep work on track. All in one place. Let Mechanization do it for you. Simplify workflows, reduce the expectation of errors and save time to solve the most important problems.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana is the best tool for project management and it makes my life easier with a very simple UI and attractive cards. It is convenient for day to day tracking of project status and project management is extremely easy with Asana. Our teams are able to collaborate on different tasks and projects thus keeping everything in line and well organized. Enable you to see what work has been done and what has not been done.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the advantages of using Asana is the possibility of monitoring from different devices including smartphones since nowadays we don't have to monitor from our computers as we traditionally used to do. It makes it easy to collaborate with others and see what has been done and what has not been done. Finally, Asana alerts me on my phone when tasks are due.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish I could group tasks together under heading instead of creating subtasks since they are hard to read. Nothing much to mention here.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana keeps you organized. To everyone, i recommend Asana for task and project management.
