It is a very easy to use program. Most people can pick it up in a matter of minutes. Also, it's a great task management software. Task lists and task levels can be easily assigned, it integrates with many other project management applications, such as Google Drive, Microsoft Teams and Slack. This means Asana has all the bases covered, whenever it gets done.

I really like that I can create tags and differentiate my tasks through tags. It helps me to find them faster. Also, I can keep my saved searches where I can prioritize my weekly and daily tasks in minutes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't check my home - private notes if I use Asana on my iPad or mobile. It's really frustrating because I have important information there that I need to use on a daily basis, and have to check it always only on my laptop.
