Asana is an excellent solution to project management are a system of extremely complete functions, it brings a grain of sand in every area of the company helping to manage everything from store developments to marketing campaigns that exist in our organization, it can be used on any device and keeps the company's productivity up, also making our employees much more productive in less time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Assigning tasks to different users is extremely easy which gives us much more time to focus on other operations in the organization. The user interface is quite practical and fluid which generates confidence in the tool. The drag and drop function is always one of the best in this type of management tools. Its availability on different devices makes it possible to use it from anywhere at any time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The service only works via internet connection, it is not a disadvantage as such, as everything nowadays depends on the internet, but we think there could be small offline functions. We would love to be able to export projects to other applications, but at the moment it is not possible, we think it could be a cutting edge feature in the long term. It could have more functions of the undo button, so we could save a lot of time in case of mistakes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a totally excellent and recommendable tool, one of the best that our company has used in this area, the cost is totally reasonable for the utility that Asana has, its mobile availability makes it a powerful and multiplatform tool that will take our business management to a new level of order and development. Asana is the excellent choice for any team that is requiring to improve and implement a new management system in any area of the company.
