What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana is the easiest one to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on e-mails which has proven to be amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Exporting projects - you can export a project into a CSV, but it isn't pretty. This can be challenging if you'd like to have an archived project folder for open records requests.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We do a lot of cross-team/department work so it's been really nice to tag someone in the task and ask for their review/approval. They can easily pop into the task, review, approve, and leave comments for us to review. It's sped up our process and eliminated drag in our organization. It is also really nice to have a paper trail of what was communicated and to refer back to in cases where we're not sure what we agreed upon previously.

The flexibility of Asana is one important aspect that differentiates this software from other similar products. Asana enhances our collaboration and performance because we are able to work from anywhere.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customizing Asana and using it is fast and easy. I like Asana so much because it has an intuitive interface. Additionally, the support team of Asana is incredible and supportive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like all the features of Asana because they work perfectly for us. It is a top quality tool with amazing features.
