It allows customers to use their existing Amazon account for payments without re-entering card details, offers fast checkout, integrates well with various platforms, and provides additional benefits like cashback and rewards for Prime members.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Amazon Pay is the seamless and fast checkout process using my existing Amazon account, which saves time and ensures secure transactions without repeatedly entering payment details.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Amazon Pay is that it is not accepted by all merchants, which limits its usability compared to other widely accepted payment options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Amazon Pay to anyone who frequently shops online and wants a fast, secure, and convenient checkout experience. It’s especially beneficial for Amazon customers, but I’d suggest checking if your preferred merchants accept it before relying on it as your primary payment method.

What differentiates Amazon Pay from other similar products?

Amazon Pay unlike any other payment services offers a wide range of services such as utility payments, travel bookings and purchases of all the products available across all the amazon services whether its ecommerce or any Sass platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part of amazon pay is not just one but numerous. Starting from utilities bill payments which contains all the payments that IU make such as credit cards bills, electricity, phone bill, then comes the travel bookings with the partnership with MakeMyTrip. Not only that, we can use amazon pay balance and amazon pay wallet across multiple payment gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree and few more that constitutes a big chunk of Indian companies. Another good part is that amazon pay is now also a part of UPI ecosystem , so that it does not stays behind the race of UPI revolution in India.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Interface of amazon Pay can be better if I compare it with Phonpe, Paytm, Razor pay and other major players. Apart from that, all the services and security of amazon pay is a good fit for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend amazon pay to anyone considering this specially if the person or the company is Indian, as Amazon pay India has much more to offer.
