What differentiates Allego from other similar products?
The technology and customer support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How user friendly and ease of use. Allego allows user to find information quickly and when you need it. The biggest frustration for most organizations is having too many resources and sales teams have a hard time finding what they need. Allego allows anyone to find what they need, when they need it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish I had more options to organize content but that wasn't a deal breaker.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend Allego to small, mid, and large organizations. It's an excellent sales training tool as well as a place to house resources your teams need to be successful. I worked with Allego for 4 years as an administrator and our sales team was able to drive results faster. This platform is for "learning on demand" and that's what high paced sales reps need. I would highly recommend this platform to anyone looking to consolidate their internal resources and to make their teams more effective.

Allego is a great tool for Sales Training

What differentiates Allego from other similar products?
Allego allows collaboration and is a user friendly system. The support team has been very helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We like the easiness to create videos, upload collateral and manage content channels.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We've had some challenges in getting started with the tool because although it's easy to upload content and create videos, developing the content for those videos and collateral requires time and effort.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest to carefully evaluate your goals for the tool, understand who will use it and for which purposes. They do charge by user so that creates a challenge for larger organization and to decide how many seats to get.
