What differentiates Rainbow by Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise from other similar products?

I have no experience from similar communication products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives us great channels for communications with our colleagues in our organization and in remote areas. Sending text message and collaborating with team members during tasks and project implementation is very convenient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any challenge from the performance of this tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I totally recommend Alcatel-Lucent Rainbow as the most effective platform in communication.
