What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

Airtable's tools and views make it easy for everyone in the organization to get to, filter, and alter important data. Using automations, we are able to ensure that our data is always accurate and relevant. It may be customized to your exact specifications and is really simple to use. Filtering and a variety of views make it simple to get the job done. All the information may be managed at the same time by the team using it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Airtable allows me to consolidate all of our company's data into an one location, eliminating the need for separate spreadsheets and databases for each team member. Because it's so simple to use—like Excel—and because it has so many applications for business usage, my staff uses it on a daily basis. You can even use it on your smartphone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The design, in my view, may use some tweaking. We can't change the color of a column or a line, for example, in the tables. It will be easier to read if you choose this option.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Many of our issues were resolved by using Airtable. Working on it simultaneously with many filters and perspectives is possible. If a Changement occurs, we'll be the first to know about it! It is possible to automate or enhance the table at any moment.

Airtable is like Excel in the fact the way it uses a spreadsheet layout for organizing data or information, but you are able to add more information and attached images, or documents inside the program. You also have the ability to display the information you enter in different layouts or views.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the use of the mobile app. The mobile app is great to have if you need to check your task that are assiagned to you or edit the information on the go from your phone. This is very helpful when you are not at a full desktop computer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike about Airtable is that is does have a learning curve to get the most out of it. It can sometimes be confusing to use sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation would be to look at some of the templates they give you to start to see some examples of what is possible in Airtable. This will help you figure out if this is the correct program for you. I would also watch some videos on how to use it.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

Airtable has this simple user interface without any disturbance and the filter option in Airtable is the best compared to its alternatives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration options available with the Airtatble using its APIs are the best. I connected my slack channel with Airtable so whenever I get an update on Airtable automatically it will receive it on my Slack

What do you dislike most about this product?

Airtable is a bit expensive compared to its alternatives and simple options like freezing rows and columns need to be checked on the internet to do it on Airtable

Airtable is a solid software which helps you with managing your projects as well as leads management so if you are looking for any tool to do that Airtable might be the right pick for you
