Compared to main competitors, I see Salesforce as the traditional and reliable choice. While over time the differentials will be every time less, the capability of provide a reliable service stands out

maybe the high dependency on technical support to apply customizations and the cost of it

The way that different users from different areas all have different screens and interfaces that do not involve anyone else.

The way you can follow up on project closing and implementation across different team members.

The mobile app is not at the same level as the browser version.
