Intuitiveness and ease of use solution. Integrate well with other products like billing software. Available training materials online. Its Cloud based and you can utilize the tool from anywhere. Excellent support team from Salesforce Sales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is the most used and the leading customer relationship management platform. Nothing to dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce Sales is always consistent and is all what you need to force a process of managing your customer relations within your organization. Highly recommend.
