What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?
The thing that differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products is that Salesforce is continuously evolving with new innovations and features as compared to its market competitors. Salesforce keeps the user satisfaction in mind while trying to accommodate as many features with each release without making it overwhelming to work with.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect of Salesforce Sales Cloud is how easy it is to implement and use with its vast range of features. From both an admin/ developer standpoint or an end user perspective, Salesforce has taken the CRM industry to the next level.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing as such that I dislike about Salesforce.com as they are always accommodating new features and feature requests as much as possible. However, there are times when a requested feature takes way longer to be released or never gets released, making it difficult to use it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd recommend to anyone considering this product that it is one of the best, if not the best CRM solution one can have for their organization. Once Salesforce came into the picture, its market competitors are really out of the question for many organizations and there's good reason to it.

What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?
Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise is different from other Customer Relationship Management Tool in a sense that it is very user-friendly. It is intuitive that even newbies can use it with no guidance..
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the Home page environment. It is like a dashboard wherein you can easily see the pending opportunities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In less than a year that I have been using the product, I did not see any negative side yet
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a user of Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from the Sales Department, I highly recommend it coz it has all the features that are specifically built for us.
