Best and biggest, great support, everything you need is there or available via partners or integrations. Trailhead is a game changer for career opportunities and professional growth in this industry.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Trailhead makes it easy to learn, along with other communities and resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Developer support is sometimes needed and expensive, and therefore, unavailable to some.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It takes a lot of implementation and learning, but there are great resources and it's the best system on the market.

What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

It is a robust piece of software ideal for large businesses and it integrates well with many other tools from email to other web apis. Salesforce AppExchange is a game changer too, if you don't need anything extra custom, then you can pick an app like mailchimp or zoom and then build that into your workflow. Additionally it works well across many different platforms and operating systems which is great for a big sales team that uses iOS, android, PC and macs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how there are different plans and levels to chose from which can help a smaller business grow into the platform without spending too much money initially. I also like Salesforce AppExchange, which I mentioned in the previous question because it has a large selection of pre-made "apps" which most of the competition does not have.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the cost of customization and extra skills required to implement specific things. ie if you want something that isn't in the AppExchange or to communicate with a private or custom API and then get the response and display it. In addition, if the platform isn't implemented well, then it becomes slow to a crawl and hard to use for most of the staff.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would shop around for other platforms in addition to finding a SalesForce integrator (employee or company) that you can consult with about adding specific features and/or customizations that aren't included with the platform. Make sure to get a price quote as it can be quite expensive to do an integration instead of just hiring a developer to make a stand-alone product that does the same or similar things for the customization. IE if you want a dashboard that pulls data from apis and lets you interact with that... if it can be built unrelated to using the salesforce platform, it usually will be cheaper and can be delivered quicker

What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

Fully customizable interface for our unique business needs. Also, we created a sales funnel on our website (in Salesforce) that totally emulates our web site so that customers interact just as they would with a standard pop up form

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The search tool and reports and the way that different clients can appear in their journey depending upon how much I need to drill down on their behavior.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Steep leaning curve. And it's not that "pretty". For someone just coming in, there is language and terminology that could be unfamiliar (but that can be customized!) But...it's powerful and exactly what we needed

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start small. Think of exactly what and how you need a crm for. Remember: it may not "work out of the box" for your organization and will require customization to maximize the value ans effectiveness.
