Salesforce stands out for showing all the customer information in a single place, or we can say it offers a 360-degree view of customer data. Salesforce pulls information from marketing, sales, and support so my team members can use it to handle customers efficiently and know what's happening.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our team values the reports offered by Salesforce. These reports enable me to determine the precise state of my team so that we can support them if they encounter any difficulties with the sales process. These reports enable us to make smarter decisions according to the data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On-time updates are ultimate in theory, but in reality, they make the UI a little bit difficult to understand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do not buy Salesforce because it is popular, as knowing what your team needs is the first step in making a decision, but since it is among the best available, I am confident you will buy it.
