What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

Customization, drag and drop feature makes it stand out from applications or frameworks

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Drag and drop feature is my favourite. It’s effective, efficient, and reliable. Anyone who is new to salesforce can easily follow the steps and get the hang of it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration, during my tenure I found it really difficult on the integration part because it sometimes used to go with the flow but other it just used to disown the flow and stop working. This part was little difficult for me get through.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Follow the steps carefully if you do not then you will not get your results at all and won’t even understand were you went wrong while implementing the same.

Salesforce is a solution for all your sales related operations- from tracking to managing performance and business reachouts. My team loves how organised the platform is to navigate with varied features that it provides.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a product with so many features, where we can run campaigns, with filters to review our performance, plan business strategy better and mainly its integration with diifferent application

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing, it is a bit pricy but always worth the money

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce is a product that you would not regret buying with its features, with the integration of different application the work flow is seamless within organisation and the team.

Salesforce has the best customer support when it comes to responding to tickets as soon as they are raised.Never have we faced any issues with the platform which were not resolved within 12 hours.

Multiple integrations and ease of implementation.

The fact that Salesforce is a complex platform and takes time to adapt for freshers

If you want to make your sales processes efficient and drive maximum results for the sales team, a planned and organized salesforce set up can easily help you get there be it B2B or B2C sales.
