Salesforce is one of a kind platform which integrates with different application providing us a seamless experience with our product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The number of features this product has is excellent, it's vast and endless. Really love how it's a one stop solution to all my sales processes at my organisation

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at all

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would 100% recommend organisations engaging with Salesforce because it's all in one sales crm marketing tool which will help you ease a lot of processes and keep you aligned

What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

The integration when you are using the Salesforce suite is just amazing, the personalization that one can do has no limits. Automation for the lead/opportunity stages can be mapped so that we can create a more personalized experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The segmentation and the ability to set workflows for follow ups

What do you dislike most about this product?

The dashboard is a little confusing, sometimes can face some issues while attributions in the lead/opportunity stages

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We were able to construct segments and customize messages with the aid of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Direct lead nurturing and follow-up with clients are made simpler by stage-wise automation.
