The robust collection of data, the speed of use, the ease of implementation, the friendly graphics, the amazing support team, and the fact they continue to improve on their own software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to quickly log and access customer information, across a whole team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of full mobile features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are serious in sales, or you have a wide set of customers and a strong team. This CRM will pay off. If you don't, then use an internal or free one.

Work with a consultant and do the homework up front so its put in with everything needed up front.

It has far more features and powerful capabilities than any other solution. You can do so much more with it than with anything else

Customization opportunities are endless
What do you dislike most about this product?
A little hard to use some admin features and you need to rely on outside sources to make the most of it
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get someone who knows Salesforce well to implement it. It's easy to do it wrong and feel that pain for a long time
