What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

Best part is that salesforce works on cloud thus having multitenant environment which makes it a better choice for CRM as future is Cloud. Previously we used Siebel CRM which was on premises and it was very cumbersome to use as compared to salesforce

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy Configuration, good UI, on click automation tools like process builder, flows. Also, APEX language required for Customization is very easy to learn and works like Java only, which makes coding easier to understand. Integration is very easy , deployment can be done with inbuilt chain sets and we can also use third party apps for deployment. Everything is best about salesforce sales cloud and it is significantly improving its products too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

None as such it works pretty well

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best CRM tool currently in the market, we can do almost everything related to Sales with salesforce Sales Cloud.

What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

Easy and flexible, customer support is very good. Provides different solutions to various things like service cloud, marketing cloud and sales cloud.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lightning experience is very good. Even non coders can use it as an admin. Provide apex programming for complex developments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A bit time taking to learn. Very complex and vast courses to learn. Rest all is good

Learn what is CRM first.
