End to end revenue lifecycle instead of solely CPQ.

The AI-assisted insights, whether that's for pricing, quoting, etc.

Still in its infancy, which is good for roadmap and implementing new and better features, but still very young.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Decide whether or not you need a full-fledged unified rev platform, or just needing more complex CPQ abilities.

What differentiates Agentforce Revenue Management from other similar products?
It stands out through its use of AI agents that assist with quote generation, pricing recommendations, and approval workflows, making our sales process more automated and intelligent compared to many competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Once the products and pricing rules are set up, it guides me step by step to configure the right solution, apply correct pricing, and generate a professional quote without worrying about errors. I also like that it is deeply integrated with Salesforce, so all customer and deal information is already available in one place, which saves a lot of time switching between systems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The system feels reliable and well-integrated, especially within Salesforce, which makes the entire process smoother. Once it is in place, the experience is very efficient and straightforward.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is important to keep your product catalog clean and well-organized because accurate product structure directly improves configuration speed and reduces quoting errors.
