What differentiates ADP Vantage HCM from other similar products?

Ease of use and dependable. Well equipped to handle Payroll of large companies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Timekeeping System is designed well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Steep learning curve, Inability to edit requests without canceling and creating a new request. Takes time to figure out all the modules.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is one of the best for Payroll. Some modules are not as good. Use all the training that is available before embarking on the whole suite.
